- Week 1 – Introduction – Includes the Elevator Pitch and The Business Idea
- Week 2 – Business Simulation – Daily Record Keeping, Sales and Expense Journals and The Business Cycle Calendar
- Week 3 – Personal Budgeting & Credit
- Week 4 – Competition & Target Marketing
- Week 5 – Business Simulation 2 – Net Profit & Loss
- Week 6 – Breakeven & Pricing
- Week 7 – Cash Flow
- Week 8 – Business Simulation 3 – Target Customers and Market Analysis
- Week 9 – Bookkeeping
- Week 10 – The Marketing Plan
- Week 11 – Business Financing and Legal Structures
- Week 12 – Intellectual Property and Insurance
The next course for Elevate is scheduled for Fall 2022 from September 12th–December 12th with classes on Monday nights from 5:30 pm–8:30 pm. A Somali course will also be taught this fall after the curriculum is translated thanks to funding from the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development.
